Terms for Using This Site

These terms govern access to Schuylkill County Released Inmates. Using any page means that you accept them. If you do not agree with these conditions, do not continue to use the site or its search tools.

This privately owned site has no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. Neither the site nor its advertising partners provides a consumer report or an FCRA-covered service. It is a public reference guide, not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

The Service We Provide

This site organizes links and explanations for Schuylkill County release, custody, court, and corrections records. It stores no official records, cannot confirm a person’s current status, cannot release anyone, and cannot submit an agency filing for a visitor.

Some pages connect visitors to independent research tools. Those tools operate under their own rules, and their appearance here does not make their results official.

Conditions of Acceptable Use

Access is permitted only for lawful, respectful use. You agree that you will not:

  • violate a law or another person’s rights;
  • stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone;
  • use content for a decision prohibited by the FCRA limits below;
  • attempt access to systems or data without authorization;
  • operate bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools; or
  • interfere with availability or another visitor’s use.

No Consumer Reporting Service

Schuylkill County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use site information for:

  • a hiring, retention, or firing decision;
  • housing or tenant screening;
  • creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
  • licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
  • any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Independent Websites and Tools

Links can lead to county release resources, sheriff and corrections pages, courts, legal-help material, federal locators, and outside search services. We do not endorse or control their content, privacy practices, prices, uptime, or later changes. Review each destination’s terms before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranty is made that:

  • information will always be accurate, complete, or current;
  • access will be continuous;
  • software will be free from errors, defects, or security weaknesses; or
  • a search partner will return every relevant result.

Custody data and public records can change quickly. Nothing on these pages is an official statement by Schuylkill County, a sheriff, a court, or a corrections agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, its owners, and contributors are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of a linked service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend and hold the site, its owners, and contributors harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the service or breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless another owner is identified, text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code belong to Schuylkill County Released Inmates or its content partners. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, or modified without written permission or another lawful basis.

Revisions to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. A revision becomes effective when it is posted, and continued use after posting means acceptance of the revised terms.

Suspension or End of Access

We may restrict, suspend, or revoke access at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice, especially when use threatens the service or violates these conditions.

Pennsylvania Law Controls

These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Pennsylvania.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as necessary to make it enforceable.
